Return and Refund Policy

At Pentagram Printing, Embroidery and Tailoring LLC, all products are customized based on client requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production has begun.

If there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or issue caused by our team, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery with clear evidence. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include rework, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they are confirmed and processed. Any changes must be communicated before production begins. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
